If you use a U.S. forwarding service, you are responsible for verifying the reliability of that service. Once a package is transferred to a forwarding provider or leaves the United States, we cannot file missing-package claims unless insurance was purchased.

Shipping methods may vary depending on packaging needs and availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If we encounter an address issue, we will contact you using the information provided. If you do not respond within 5 business days, we may cancel and refund the order.
