Refund & Return Policy

By placing an order with The Sassy Club LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.

At The Sassy Club, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all orders before shipment.

Refunds, Returns, and Order Issues

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credits once an order has been placed.

In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may review requests at our sole discretion. Any decision to issue a refund, partial refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution is made on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse any refund, return, replacement, exchange, or claim request for any reason permitted by applicable law.

We do not accept returns. The only exception is when we have made an error in fulfilling your order, such as sending duplicate items, incorrect quantities, or merchandise not included in your purchase. In such cases, we reserve the right to provide a prepaid return shipping label and request that the incorrectly shipped merchandise be returned to us. Any item shipped in error remains the property of The Sassy Club until returned or otherwise resolved.

We take great care in packaging and inspecting our products before shipment, and instances of damaged products, manufacturing defects, or other order-related issues are rare. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs. We will review the circumstances and discuss the matter with you to better understand the situation.

Claims relating to damaged products, alleged defects, shipping issues, fulfillment errors, or any other order-related concern will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and resolved at our sole discretion. While we cannot guarantee a refund, replacement, store credit, or any other remedy, we encourage customers to contact us so we can review the circumstances and determine whether a resolution is appropriate.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order purchases are final and non-refundable. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that inventory and production commitments are made in advance based on customer demand.

International Orders

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by their country.

Orders that are refused, abandoned, returned, delayed, or otherwise affected due to unpaid customs fees, import restrictions, customs-related issues, or inaccurate shipping information are not eligible for refunds, returns, replacements, or credits.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, delivery issues, customs processing delays, weather-related disruptions, theft, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

The Sassy Club is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or otherwise unavailable after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, property management, or the shipping carrier directly. Customers are responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Packages lost in transit, delayed by the carrier, or affected by carrier errors may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, refunds, replacements, store credits, or other remedies are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of The Sassy Club.
